Description

The TxBlock, TxIsoBlock, TxRail and TxIsoRail, RHT-DM and RHT-WM transmitters all benefit from the use of TxConfig Microsoft Windows software with adaptor cable. This package is sold separately from the transmitter as a user is only likely to need one copy of the software and one cable for any number of transmitters.

Quick and easy configuration is made possible by the TxConfig software. Set transmitter parameters such as sensor type, sensor range values, filter optimization frequency, sensor failure detection and zero correction value. A communication path needs to be established between the transmitter and the serial port of a PC, provided by the 1.5m long TxConfig adaptor cable (DB9 end connects to the PC comm. port, other end goes to the transmitter).

During configuration the transmitter requires power - depending on the PC used, this can be supplied by the serial port. The unit may also be powered by a current loop. Otherwise the TxConfig interface provides a 9v battery socket for powering the unit.
